I'm Nico Espínola, COO at Psi Mammoliti. I've spent the last 10+ years in technology, product and operations. I started in technical roles and grew into leading teams, projects and digital businesses.
I've worked at companies like Andreani, Glamit, Mercado Libre, Clarín, Paisanos and Psi Mammoliti, leading projects with tech, product, design, QA, UX/UI, business and finance teams. I've also worked on initiatives for brands like PedidosYa, Brubank, Boca Juniors and Claro.
Today I lead operations at Psi Mammoliti, an online psychology platform, where I work on improving processes, connecting teams, using data and applying tech to scale the experience for patients and therapists. I also teach Project Management, with a focus on practical learning and real tools.
This space brings all of that together: tech, creativity, operations and execution. The idea is simple: anyone should be able to learn how to use AI to build something of their own, even without a coding background.
